Welcome!

Welcome to my blog! I created this blog to write about my FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) Internship experience this summer and to blog about my journey in the runner's world as I train for the 2011 cross country and 2012 track season. I attend George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. I am majoring in Biblical studies and fitness management with a minor in coaching. I run cross country and track for the Bruin's. Thanks for reading!
